A UK BASED TECHNICAL COMMUNICATOR

I am a technical communications specialist with a strong consulting and digital agency background.

With strong hands-on experience as a writer and software engineer across a range of products and industries, my outputs cover user experience design, data, visual and learning design, documents, and code.

Management extends across products and projects incorporating client stakeholders and multi-discipline agency teams in distributed and co-located agile and other environments. As well as a Masters in Computer Science I acheived a BA(Hons) in Interactive Design.

As a UK-based technical communicator, my goal is to make complex information and tasks easy to understand for any given audience. I work closely with subject matter experts and end users to ensure documentation is strategically crafted, user-centric, accurate, and useful.

I have crafted and reviewed thousands of documents both online and offline, including everything from end-user quick start guides to highly complex technical guides, business process, and business materials.
